JustCravin Terms of Service
Introduction

These Terms apply only to consumers using the JustCravin discovery and listing platform and do not apply to merchants using Cravin's merchant products or dashboards.

- Operating hours
- Customer service
User Accounts
You may create an account using:
- Email and password
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your credentials secure
- Notify us of any unauthorised use
- Be responsible for activity conducted through your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform unlawfully
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Interfere with platform operations

Reviews and User Content

By using the platform, you acknowledge that Cravin Technologies FZ LLC may personalise your experience and provide recommendations, promotional content, featured businesses, offers, discounts, and marketing communications based on your interactions with the platform and your stated preferences, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

- Graphics

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cravin Technologies FZ LLC shall not be liable for:
- Actions of listed businesses
- Product quality
- Service quality
- Delays
- Cancellations
- Pricing disputes
- User-generated content
- Temporary platform interruptions
- Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

- Engage in fraudulent activity
